We are looking for motivated students passionate about advanced semiconductor electronics/photonics packaging, heterogeneous integration, and MEMS/Microsystems for next-generation computing and sensing applications. We welcome students from electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, physics, and related disciplines, with strong motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Fully funded Ph.D. positions are available in the areas of advanced semiconductor packaging and MEMS. Students will work on interdisciplinary research spanning design, fabrication, and characterization, gaining hands-on experience with state-of-the-art cleanroom and characterization facilities. Through close mentorship and collaboration with industry and academic partners, students will develop strong experimental and analytical skills, and grow into independent researchers over the course of the program.
We also welcome M.S. and undergraduate students to join our lab. Opportunities include independent research, design, simulation, micro-fabrication, and electronics/photonics/mechanical testing, with close mentorship from the PI and collaborators.
